The Banksia Grove project is located in WA, 30 kilometres north of Perth and comprises 338 hectares. It is located within the City of Wanneroo and when completed will be home to some 12,000 residents housed in 4000 dwellings.
The project is approximately five kilometres north-east of the Wanneroo Townsite and is also easily accessible to the Joondalup Town Centre, Bullsbrook and coastal recreation areas. Enterprise Commercial Park and the new Neerabup Industrial Park are close by and will offer employment and a range of other services.
