Banksia Grove Finalists in the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence
Banksia Grove has been named finalists in the categories of Affordable Development and Urban Renewal in the 2009 Urban evelopment Institute of Australia (UDIA) WA Awards for Excellence. Banksia Grove project manager Jeremy Cordina said the prestigious UDIA Awards for Excellence recognise the industry’s leading land developments and he was honoured that Banksia Grove was declared a finalist. “We are constantly striving to provide our residents with leading infrastructure, amenities and community initiatives and look forward to the opportunity for Banksia Grove to be further recognised in the future”, he said. The Affordable Development category recognises developers who have committed to not only keeping land prices as low as possible, but also ensuring the community created will be sustainable into the future.
