Banksia Grove Welcomes First Carramar Resident’
Banksia Grove has officially welcomed its first resident, Pauline Ward, who recently moved into her new Banksia Grove
home from Currambine.“When it came time to sell our home in Currambine, I discussed with the kids the option of moving closer to the city, as they both work in the southern suburbs. They wanted to stay however, because they like the fact that we are close to their friends, their social life and the beach,” said Pauline. “Since we built we have watched the suburb grow with more residents and more facilities, it gives Banksia Grove a more ‘complete’ feeling,” she added. Tony Naughtin said Pauline was the first of many residents that will soon call Banksia Grove home. “It’s lovely to see the parks being played in and people out and about enjoying themselves” said Tony. Pauline purchased a cottage lot in the Carramar release at Banksia Grove and built her new home with HomeStart. She’ll soon be joined by over 185 neighbours including good friend Lisa McStay with many homes nearing completion in the release. |
