 Banksia Grove is an urban development initiative involving the Western Australian Government through the Department of Housing, partnering with the Walker Corporation and PRM Property Group Pty Ltd. A high level of development expertise and experience in establishing master-planned residential communities will be brought to this project by Walker Corporation and PRM Property Pty Ltd. The project management team, which commenced work in December 2005, will develop this $2 billion project over a 10 to 12 year period. |
